You Have To Follow the Money

There are a reported eight to twelve million illegal aliens living and working in the United States today. We don't know how many for sure because we don't even try to catch or count them. Big business wants their cheap labor and President Bush as President Clinton before him, wants their potential votes.

Every child born to these people are automatic United States citizens, even though their parents are committing a felony by being here. These people are willing to work two, even three jobs at pitiful wages with no benefits in order to stay. This makes the rich richer and keeps all American hourly wages lower.

For these people to get a job in America they need a forged Green Card and a fake Social Security number. When a company starts paying in on one of these workers and Social Security sees that the number does not match the name, a red flag should pop up. We should be able to get some sort of ball park number of illegal workers from these payments that don't match anything in the system.

And by the way, where does all that money go, all the money that is paid in on these fictitious Social Security accounts? What about all the money paid in for State and Federal with holding? Now it would make sense for these workers to claim as many dependents as possible to lower the tax taken out of their check, because if you are illegal, you are not about to file a return.

We know there are millions of illegal workers, so it stands to reason that there are at least tens of millions of dollars going to Social Security, State, and Federal taxes and then there is the money deducted for Medicare.

We have the tools to find these people that are committing a crime by being here, but do Washington or the wealthy of this country even care? What difference does it make to the rich if we keep American wages low, if you have a place for your kids to have a good paying job?

What does it matter if we destroy all the Unions and employ foreign workers if those that matter, the off spring of the rich, can still take home the "big" money? American Corporations are happy to pay low wages right here at home, because then they don't have to go through the hassle of relocating factories overseas. They get the low wages plus the savings they make on shipping and all the bribes that are required abroad.

Here is what it boils down to; we know we have millions of illegal workers in our country and we have the tool to find them, (their pay stubs) but we don't have the desire to do that. The rich in America are paying the White House and those in Congress to look the other way, even more than that, they are paying them to make these workers legal, so that all wages will stagnate.

The wealthy of America can see how well the wealthy of third world countries live. In a third world country the rich don't have to pretend that the poor are their equal like they do here. In third world countries the wealthy don't have to spend their hard earned tax money on educating poor people that will always be poor or provide basic things like food, shelter, clean water, and maybe a little heat to a population that will never be in their social circle.

Yes, it is hard to believe that this is the direction that anyone in America would want for us, but that is where we are headed. Have you heard anyone in the Democratic Party ask that Washington do something about all of the illegal workers? Do any of the people wanting to run against Bush, talk about why wages are flat and that maybe this illegal workforce might be part of the problem?

We all know where George Bush stands and that is with the wealthy of this country and he should. George Bush grew up with wealth. George Bush is the son of a Congressman, Director of the CIA, Vice President, and a President. George has no idea of how you or I live. The man is protecting his friends and relatives by keeping their standard of living on the upswing. That is why all the money was put in to his last election and because of what he has done for the rich in his first term, he will have even more money for this one. You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

The vast majority of Americans are not going to be helped by George, so he throws in some social issues like a ban on partial birth abortion or talks about marriage only being between a man and a women so that he has a "bone" to throw to the people he is doing nothing financially for and it works. People like to believe that they are in the same social circle as the President's friends and that George is working for them. Sorry, George Bush is working for the 3% of the American public at the top and if he can fool another 35% into thinking they are part of that 3% he will win again. Remember George won last time with less than half of the votes cast, which is about thirty some percent of all eligible voters.

It is still our choice here in America on who will be President. It might not always be that way if we keep electing men like George Bush. George is doing everything he can to divide our nation so that his group can control our lives. Bringing in several million workers from foreign countries, workers that are so desperate that they will work for almost nothing and ask for no benefits, fits right in to the Bush plan of keeping you and me far away from the profits major corporations are making.

The wealthy know that if the working men and women in America get better pay and benefits, they will have to pay for them and they don't want to do that. So, they get a man like George Bush, and an administration like he has to protect their money. They care nothing for America and are willing to move in millions of foreign workers that think five dollars an hour is big money and if you think about it, their plan is working.
