I Want The Same Drugs They Are Giving George Bush

I admit it, when I was younger, I smoked dope. It was fun and goofy at the same time, but after a while I realized that you couldn't do good work stoned. You were filled with ideas, but when you came down, those ideas didn't look so good any more.

There is no doubt in my mind that President Bush has been coming up with goofy ideas for a few years now. Wednesday, the President was giving a speech to the graduating class at the Air Force Academy. Here is one quote from George. "We will secure our nation and defend the peace through the forward march of Freedom.." I don't even know what that means, but it does sound like something a "stoner' would say.

If George really wanted to SECURE our country he would make some sort of an attempt to stop the report 8.000 illegal aliens, that cross into our country every night from Mexico. 8,000 a night, sneaking into our country, and George talks like he has secured our country.

In speech after speech, George Bush brags about being a War President and now he talks about defending the Peace. George, What Peace? We are at WAR in Iraq and Afghanistan. We have troops in over a hundred countries and we now have stopped anyone from getting out of our military, because our troops are stretched so thin. WE can't defend the Peace, because we don't have any Peace. Like I said, I want some of those same drugs they are giving George. You know he is wearing rose colored contacts.

The President is out telling everyone that things are going according to plan and we will "stay the course." Right now we need the troops the Generals told us we needed before the war started. We don't have enough and that is why we are stopping anyone from getting out of the Army. We need a DRAFT, but this being an election year, means that isn't going to happen. Some troops are on their second tour already and soon some will be asked to do a third.

I have to tell you that I really hope that George Bush is on drugs because I would hate to think he is doing what he is, with a clear mind. George Bush thinks that he is the War President, the Commander in Chief with a half million troops in the field and at the same time he is talking about how he will defend our "Peace through the forward march of Freedom."

Remember this guy is the most powerful man in the world. Scary.
