Just Something To Think About

It gets hard to remember some things, especially when we have Washington telling us half truths, and leading us in the direction they want us to follow. It is sometimes hard to remember that when we started the so called War on Terrorism, we had some what of a clear target. That would be Osama bin Laden, and his group of followers, called, al Qaeda.

After the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, America went after bin Laden and his people in Afghanistan, but it is now over 4 years later and we have pretty much given up trying to capture or kill the mastermind of the September 11th, 2001 attack on America,

Now we are mired down in George Bush's war in Iraq and there are a few things we should remember about that.

First off, Iraq never attacked the United States, and Iraq never threatened to. No Iraqi was involved in the September 11th attack on our country. We should remember that we, the United States, are the aggressor in this war.

We attacked Iraq. We have killed and maimed tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis, Iraqis who never attacked our country.

Washington has done everything they can think of to make this war seem legal, but it is not. We are the attackers. We started this war. We are the ones killing innocent women and children, and we should think about that.
