Is Barack Obama Going To Do It George Bush's Way?

Believe it or not, George Bush got our country to create millions of new jobs the first five years of his presidency. How did he do it? He started a couple of wars, and then took the American credit card and pumped trillions of dollars into the economy.

You can do the same thing in your household. Take one of your credit cards, and max it out with spending. You will give yourself the illusion of prosperity for a while. That is what George Bush did, only his credit card had a lot higher limit than yours does. President Bush was able to spend trillions of dollars, and every time he got close to the limit on "our" card, Congress would extend him a higher limit. That is why Congress kept on having to raise the National debt limit, so Bush could keep spending.

Barack Obama is now talking about how he will create new jobs in America. They won't be real jobs, but jobs like the ones George Bush created. Government can't create jobs, it can only give that illusion. Government jobs are really taxpayer jobs. Less tax revenue equals fewer government jobs.

So Barack Obama is talking about building and repairing roads and bridges. He is talking about repairing our schools and putting new computers in classrooms. He wants to lower health care costs by putting medical records into a new computer data base. And then there are the solar and wind generating plants, the bail-out of the auto industry, and all the while, he wants to keep the military at or above the level George Bush has kept it.

So, Barack Obama must know something about the nation's credit card that we don't know. Because if he is going to create prosperity the way George Bush did, he had better apply for a new card, as George Bush has already maxed out the one he was using.
