So How Many Is Too Many?

It has been reported that Arizona has almost 500,000 illegal aliens living there. Evidently, 500,000 illegal aliens is too many for the citizens of Arizona.

It has also been reported that there are at least 12,000,000 and maybe as many as 20,000,000 illegal aliens living in all of the United States. That number must not be too many for the country, because it seems the majority of people are not as upset with the illegal aliens in the other 49 states as the folks in Arizona are.

So, that brings up the question. How many illegal aliens will it take before the rest of the nation gets as upset as the people in Arizona are? 30 million? 40 million? 100 million?

Our borders are pretty much open, so some day we will reach that number, whatever it is. Sure, the Border Patrol plays a game of keeping people out, but hundreds of thousands get by them every year. Like it or not, the Border Patrol is a window dressing so Washington politicians can point to them and say, "See, we are trying."

In today's job market, illegal aliens have taken over the roofing and sheet rock installation industry in many places in America. They have "cleaned up" in the motel/ hotel industry. Landscaping and road work, painting, child care and domestic help for the rich and famous. Illegal aliens have more jobs in America than the number of Americans currently out of work. Let me say that again: Illegal aliens have more jobs in America than the number of Americans currently out of work.

So, what is it going to take for American citizens in the rest of America to get to the point that Arizonians are at now? Maybe when no one's kids can get a job. How about when 10% of American citizens now working lose their job to an illegal alien, who is willing to work for half pay. You think that will do it?

We have to ask ourselves if this is what we want for the future of our country. It is a fact that we don't have enough jobs for United States citizens at this time, and it doesn't look all that good for job creation in the next several years. So we had better figure out what to do right now.

Here's another thing to think about—every illegal alien who has a child born here has an in, because that child is a United Sates citizen. You think we can kick the babies' parents out? I think we have already screwed ourselves with our open borders, and those 12 to 20 million illegal aliens are probably going to stay here, at least the ones who are not in Arizona.

Soon, we are going to have to say, enough is enough, and we will have to close, and I mean really close, our Southern border. You have to realize if there is a world wide economic collapse, hoards of people from south of our border, south of Mexico's border, will be flooding into the United States. Sure, we want to help everyone we can, but at the rate people are coming here, we are going to hurt more people than we help.

This isn't a joke. You want your kids to live with you forever because they can't get a job? Well, it is like that in much of the third world, and that is where we as a nation are headed.

If we keep electing the same people, the same Republicans and the same Democrats, nothing will change. Both of these political parties think they will be able to get these illegal aliens to vote for their side if they can be the party that gets them citizenship, and they are probably right.

Somehow the rest of America has to wake up like the people in Arizona have, and tell Washington, we have had enough. Get immigration illegal and legal under control, because we love our country, and we want to give it to our children.
