Oh Yeah... Sorry

We know now, and we knew it when we attacked. The world knows now, and the world knew it when we attacked that Iraq had nothing to do with the 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States. Now we know, and the world knows Iraq had no Weapons of Mass Destruction. It is now reported that many the world over, and many in our own American government, knew this before we attacked.

We now know for sure that 4,382 Americans troops have died in Iraq and 31,706 have been wounded. Hundreds of thousands of returning troops will suffer the rest of their lives with Post Traumatic Stress, and who knows how many loved ones of the fallen will suffer.

Before attacking Iraq, it was decided by the United States government not to count enemy or civilian deaths. That is why we will never know their true number. However it is a safe bet to say hundreds and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis have died, and many more than that have been wounded. Post Traumatic Stress? Millions. Loved ones suffering? Untold millions.

What have we accomplished with this criminal act of war? Some American corporations and many international corporations that Americans have invested in will be able to develop Iraq's oil. That would have never happened without this war.

As an added bonus, this criminal war has made billions for the United States Military Industrial Complex, which is probably the real reason we attacked in the first place.

So, America, and I suppose some future American President, will give Iraq a heart felt "SORRY" some day, but then maybe not.
