You Would Think Somebody Would Resign

I guess this Wikileaks exposure of over 250,000 American documents is the largest such leak for any major power in history. Everything is being blamed on some poor Army PFC. Nobody in Washington is standing up and saying that it is their fault that our secrets were out there for anyone to take. Just like the terrible torture abuse fiasco in our Iraqi prisons, it looks like only the low ranking people will be taking the blame. We should admit it. We don't have anyone in the upper levels of our government who has any honor or character. Everyone is running for cover as they point their finger at somebody else. The sad thing about this is that our media will say nothing. It looks to me that Wikileaks is the only media outlet that is looking out for the American people. |
