The Media Propaganda Plan is Working

I don't know who controls our major media outlets. Some people think it is the advertisers, while others say it is the government, and still others think it is the same sinister force that controls the Presidency and Congress. Like I said, I don't know, but whoever it is, their plan is working. I believe there is a plan to split America into factions. Rich/middle class, union/right-to-work, white/everyone else, straight/gay, and of course Left/Right to name a few. The media works hard to keep these antagonistic separations of society going. All you have to do is listen to Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, PBS, or NPR and you can pick which side is being pushed. The really sad thing is that the American people are buying it. There is so much hate in our country today it is a wonder we get anything done. Oh, wait a minute, we don't get anything done, and I think that is the plan. Americans today will hate any leader their favorite media outlet vilifies. They don't even know the person, but they have "heard" all about them, and therefore don't even have to listen to what that person's ideas are because somebody has already made up their mind for them. The rich are evil because CNN and MSNBC say they don't pay their fair share. Union people are evil because Fox News says they buy influence with their union dues. White people are evil because they keep everyone else suppressed. Republicans want to throw all poor people out on the street, and Democrats want to spend us into bankruptcy. It is all cut and dried, and if you are in one class of America, everybody knows what you think already, because for decades the media has told us. The trouble America is into comes about because the media does most of the thinking for our population, and the American people believe what they are told. We no longer think for ourselves, and that will be the ruin of us all. |
